We have completed successful international projects in both Malawi and Sri Lanka, changing thousands of lives for the better.
After the 2004 Tsunami and the end of the devastating Civil War, UK Co-operators generously gave money to help re-build the decimated Sri Lankan Co-operative Movement. Their £75,000 trained 45 trainers and over 1900 grass roots co-operators.
Our work in Malawi equipped farmers with the knowledge and support to become self sufficient in producing their own organic food. We surpassed all expectations, with almost 6000 people receiving co-operative development training and support and facilitating the start-up of over 300 new Co-operatives.
